How a service works
- Scan. The guest scans the table’s QR code and enters the table PIN. The table shows as seated on your dashboard.
- Browse. Your menu opens in the browser, with categories and photos. Guests fill their basket at their own pace.
- Order. One tap places the order, and it pops up on the staff dashboard instantly, with a sound.
- Confirm. A waiter confirms it — and it clears on every staff device at once, so nobody handles it twice.
- Deliver. Items are marked as delivered one by one, and the whole team sees it live.
- Bill. When they’re done, the guest requests the bill with one tap.
- Close. The guest pays the way they always have, staff mark the order as paid, and the guest sees their order summary.
